21Red lets you sign in to your personal account from a PC through a web browser. The login form uses the same credentials across the site: email or username plus password.
Mobile access works through the mobile-optimized website in the same way, so you can log in from a phone or tablet without changing settings. You need a registered 21Red account to enter the account area; without an account, the system redirects you to the registration page.
21Red requests verification when the account activity or a payment action triggers KYC checks, and the review runs in the account area after you sign in.
Open the 21Red website in your browser, tap the “Log in” button, then enter your email and password. If you use a password manager, accept the saved login to fill the fields instantly.
Use “Forgot password” on the login screen and reset it from the email link, then try again with the new password. If it still fails, turn off auto-fill and type the email and password manually to avoid a wrong saved entry.
21Red login normally uses email and password, and Face ID or fingerprint depends on your device and browser’s saved-password feature. If your phone offers biometric unlock for saved passwords, enable it in your device settings and your password manager.
Check your spam and promotions folders, then search your inbox for “21Red” and resend the email from the same screen. Make sure you’re using the exact email you registered with, including dots and plus-addresses.
Click your profile or menu icon and choose “Log out,” then close the browser window. Clear saved passwords and cookies on that device if you entered your details on a public or shared machine.
Disable ad blockers and VPN, refresh the page, and try an incognito/private window to rule out a cache issue. If it still happens, switch browsers (Chrome, Safari, or Firefox) and try again on the same connection.
